Don’t do anything to increase revenue by 22%, delay hikes to employees, give minimal hikes , don’t give variable pay. Thereby show higher or stable profits and ensure share price goes up and get the 22% percent hike in your salary along with high dividends !! And when employees as why we got less variable pay or less hike we get standard answer that industry is not doing well , company is not doing well . How come only ceo hike is doing well !! That too at such a high base
Million dollar question - it is open answer , company performance is only low level employees not for higher management folks
Blood boils when they say it’s a higher management decision !! And decision making higher management is enjoying great hikes at high base steam rolling us bearing no impact of industry performance.
