I recently joined in June’24 after a year’s break as a Technology Analyst. Since then I gave many internal evaluations and client interviews as well but didn’t get into any of the projects. Now I’ve been allocated to bench. Am I safe in Infosys for the next few months to upskill myself or will they terminate soon?

But arent you guys getting project calls? I have rejected one proj due to shift issue but now i have got a mail tht they have mapped me into toyota proj.

Mapping is happening for me in the ALCON section.. but it’s in pre prod.. interviews happening as well for the same. But again there’s nothing further. The same loop goes on

Make sure you get a project or search somewhere outside.

Try doing small-small Accelerate gigs so at least your Total utilization% is on higher side

You're on thin ice. Infosys doesn't like long bench periods. Upskill fast or start looking elsewhere. Time is not on your side.

Depends on which unit you are! I have seen people on bench for the last 2 years and they seem to be chilling !

No issues they will not terminate. Apply internal jobs or connect with multiple managers
