I Joined infosys as lateral but I am struggling to get relevant projects also got rejected for multiple project It's been one month that Ive been shifted to central bench. Am I in a safe position?

dude lex certifications upskilling never helps you in getting projects. its a scam to keep employees busy during bench time, dont reject any tell them ready to move on to new tech .

I recently got off boarded from project because of the relocation issue I was facing, and i will be on bench so will it create any issue further?

thats okie, you are not a fresher and you can say valid reason for location constraint.

As of now yes, but don't make it habit, bcz you will be on risk and they will put you in PIP, and then force to do resign....

Don't reject any opportunity by your own, bcz it's completely violations of policy.....

As of now jo bhi mile uss me le lo, and complete your probation otherwise.

Too risky and network with people and get the project assigned if not you're short lived here 😔
