I am about to quit my job because of work culture, My current project is very very toxic , here peoples are working 16-17 hours a day and including weekends from past 6 months , Now I am very very frustrated and struggling with mental health…in this project people are not allowed to take one day leave if you take then managers are sending mail that says They will take HR action,

I dont know what is happening here and how to come out from this environment, I am mentally harassed and physically exhausted.

If I work here more then definitely I will lose control on my mind.

Can someone please suggest What I can do ?

The system needs to change inside Infosys..

Take a simple example you have these bridge programs who are taking them people who are on the bridge...

Who is taking more money due to special roles dsc acon etc.,

Do you know how they write exams They copy everything from chat gpt and put it out there... Who has DQ scores people who have more time towards non-project and other activities

And what these managers do they say they are powerless...all the managers in all levels are trained to say that..

I'm saying I didn't get any offer until yesterday.. so I was thinking about how to get an increase in DQ though I have 90 and Ai related certifications and pocs to show for them.. unable to grow.. how to get that extra attention no body knows no one recognizes project works how hard they are

.. now I have got an offer with 120% increment outside.. will I stay.?!

Definitely Not 💯

  1. Poor salary
  2. Toxic environment
  3. Most managers acting as if they own the company.
  4. Zero work-life-balance.
