Trending @Infosys; INFOSYS AS A FRESHER
Suppose you joined INFY as fresher with 3.6 LPA salary what should be your roadmap to get to atleast 10-12 LPA in 3-4 years.
- In your training try to achieve >80% marks, you will get extra 5k as bonus per month which is applicable to High Performers only. [Training duration = 6 months]
- Try to get Confirmed as soon as possible, otherwise your >80% benefit will gone. [Confirmation happens after 1 year from release of training]
- If you are on bench (which is so often in infy for freshers) try to gain knowledge and skills required for power programmer.
- As soon as you are eligible for BRIDGE PROGRAM (one year at your current role & Confirmed employee) try for Power Programmer or ACON. [6 months process for Bridge]
This will get you a jump from 3.6 LPA to 7.5 LPA (atleast for ACON) or 9.5 LPA (atleast for Power programmer) in just close to 3 years without switching.
- Then SWITCH if you have 7.5 LPA base with 3 YOE (with 1st ever switch) anyone will give you around 11-12 LPA or if you have 9.5 LPA base with 3 YOE (with 1st ever switch) anyone will give you around 15-17 LPA.
So, in 3.5 or close to 4 Years - From 3.6 to 12-15 LPA.

It's been almost 3 years as a system engineer in Infosys, and I have some support project. Have good knowledge of the mern stack. Not able to find any project related to that in infy. Have tried the power programmer exam multiple times, no luck.

Try for IJP or also try for ACON

First and foremost, The eligibility for ACON bridge is when u have completed 2.6 years in infosys i.e U have completed 6 months of role maturity as SSE. Also the level for ACON is CAT level apti questions, people have cleared it coz earlier it can be given online at home but now its needed to be given in any nearest DC. Now for the PP Bridge the level will be of FAANG, so it's better if u switch.

I have consider the same eligibility criteria. And for hard levels it is so obvious that nothing will come to you that easily. This process is for someone who want to get toiled hard. For switch also you need to have in-depth knowledge.
Rest everyone has their mindset and goals.
It’s just for someone who wants to stay in Infy and also looking for growth.
