There's no point. They are trying to normalise hikes for everyone from November onwards, which is not only unethical but also so low at so many levels. Lateral hires from 2021 and 2022 have not received a single rupee hike in compensation. I wish there could hv been a grievance cell regarding this. They are just taking away our hikes which were supposed to be happening from April- March for a financial year and just limiting I to 5 months. Pathetic
