Trending @Infosys; India vs USA which one?
Guys need help selecting which one to choose? I’m currently getting 20 lpa in Infosys. I got selected for h1-b visa for USA. They are offering me Florida and pay will be around 90-100k per Anum. My wife is also working in India and she has 8 lpa package. Considering this shall I move to USA or stay in India only?

Infy H1b is trap and it’s gonna more time than you expected.
If you have 2-3 years time. Then you can wait for H1b US on-site
Yes that’s fine. Still which one is good? From my unit people who got h1-b have already traveled to us
Go US, get some exposure and it will be added advantage to your career.
Maybe after sometime, you can more money

Move to USA , quit within one year join contracting company they will give you 120-140k file your green card immediately. Once you get i140 your wife can also work on h4ead. Till then she can do some 1 year course there to keep herself sharp assuming she is in IT
