Hi guys, I joined infy last year on august. I see review cycle has already started.
When can I expect the increment letter and incremented salary.
Just seeking some help for future planning. I know infy isnt a pay master. Even if the increment is less that would help in switch increment as well. Please help with this.
Best case scenario you wil get increment as of April 2026 announced in late June 2026. But being a lateral your chances are very slim . Given recent history at infosys. Last hike laterals got was 3 years after joining
So in case we get some assurance of getting hike in this cycle when will be the actual increased salary come? From January?
Yiu didn’t read my response properly. Appraisal as of October means only rating will be given. No assurance for any hike will be given as comp review is done at organisation level. Manager has no say. They will look at your rating to decide the actual %z
