Trending @Infosys; Income tax deduction

Hi all, Recently in February I changed my tax regime as old tax regime and I had submitted proofs but it got approved on 19th Feb… today I received salary notification where I am seeing almost 30k difference from my expected salary. Is it due to this tax regime selection?
