Nope wrong info. This will happen only if you are bench for more than 4 months without clearing any client interviews or being too picky choosy about your projects. If being experienced resource someone is unable to get a project in 4 month it would imply his/her expertise is in a skill which is no longer in demand or his/her knowledge is not matching the experience on paper.
