My salary is 10.7 how much am I supposed to get in hand as 10.7 includes 10% variable how much I am supposed to get in hand it should be above 70 or not?! Any suggestion. Would be helpful.

Same salary was quoted for me..you will get 64 in hand

How it's 64 like the gross is 80401 right then the salary should also include the bonus/ex gratia also right which is 8-9k so it should be above 70 right how much is the tax per month any idea on that

If you will submit your investment proof like home loan proof lic premium you will get benifit for deduction

It would be much lesser, something around 65k. Deductions would be both the pf components and taxes.
