Trending @Infosys; Impacts with unit change

Currently I am on the central bench and getting calls for the project openings from other units. Is there any impact on the regular promotions (that happens from SE to SSE for 2 years / SSE to TA for three ) or hikes, if I do accept them....

If you move to new unit/manager, takes more time for promotion. But you didnt mention since when you are on the bench.
