Trending @Infosys; Ijp vs ACON Bridge?

Hi, i m SSE at JL3A, I have my DQ above 90p which will be increasing more as i hv given certifications for skill tags recently in a week so the next quarter i will be eligible for direct Video Pactorial round in ACON bridge in next quarter i.e January. Another option is i can apply for IJP now as TA or Acon role.

What should i choose? I think of waiting for Acon Bridge as it will provide me more hike... PLEASE SUGGEST GUYS.
