Trending @Infosys; IJP/StepUp/Project change

Does anyone have any idea how to change projects, from Test Engineer to Senior System Engineer or T.Analyst? I got to know that u have to complete compre for stepUp but I want to change units so do we complete the compre of that unit or my current unit? And any idea about salary on that job levels(3A or 4B)?
