Hi my IJP status shows “selected for offer” what does that mean, is it done? what is thr next process when documentation and salary revision perspective

congrats if you have received selection mail in jan/feb/march you will receive role change letter in next quarter effective from april

Congratulations brother, They will schedule a call with you on Teams for and explain the next steps. Btw How many days it took for you to get selected after you applied for it? Like i have applied but no selection or rejection mail i am receiving...

due to some reason i was not promoted so internally they moved through IJP, same role but designation will change, role change letter is yet to be received, will there be a change in status ?

Hi i have also received selected for offer in stepup. And received promotion from jl4 to jl5 . Which is effective from Jan1 . I recently got a hime of 7.5% and want to know when will i get the hike for the new role ??

I have a dout though I was notified through ijp that I got a role change/promotion but I am still in this Proj I contacted my dm she said you will stay in this Proj didn’t understand why though can I apply for other unit/Proj now
