Folks,

I am new to infy and am not planning to switch soon to avoid job hopping in CV.

I got to know there is something called IJP at Infy which gives decent hikes, can someone explain what's that and what is the process to get into that.

Also, how many rounds of interviews are there in IJPs

You need to be in a project for at least 18 months. New joinee can't apply to ijp directly.

Okay, so that do mean that we can apply only after spending 1.5 years at infy

You can apply in 12 months as well, if your manager approves exception
