Has anyone recently got a promotion through an IJP process? I got an email saying selected during October and till now no further communications?

Congratulations. Your role has been changed now ? How long does it take from initial selection to new role change ?
Actually I applied on Thursday and got email on Friday and my release is on 22nd March
But it's internal IJP my manager only told me to apply hence I applied so she is doing all process quickly
She said after 23 of this month I will get role change later ...don't know when it will reflect

This is not ijp All managers are fooling company and changing meaning of IJP. Ideally they should promote you via regular process. As per regular process you will get more perks than ijp
More perks? I am also promoting through the IJP, my manager asked to complete BCA also. He updated last week there are working on it I m from the CIS unit. Last working day is feb 1st
