anyone who promoted through IJP from senior system to technology analyst ? How much time does it take to start the end process? If selected and then any issue happens in the project then they release from project.

The IJP process can take a few months. If selected, you usually stay in your current project for about 60 days before transitioning. Issues in the project won't stop the transition.
