Hi all. If we apply for IJP and land in good project then will there be any hike for IJP. I mean if role is good then hike also will be there?. Bcz one of my friend in Broadridge company applied for IJP and got from Java dev to Java + cloud. And he got almost 50% hike bcz for that role min 12 Lpa is there. Is there anything similar in Infosys ?

you cannot demand anything, 17.5 standard hike

Infosys IJP hike maximum 17.5%. If you had offer ,then you can demand upto 40%.(Skillset based)

If it's a promotional IJP, then only Hike is there. Otherwise if you move from Infosys limited to its subsidiaries then you will get a hike.
