How much increment will we get if we get a promotion using ijp? Increased % how much is fixed and how much in variable pay? Ex : for JL 3 my fixed salary is 7 LPA fixed then how much increment will I get in the fixed and variable?

It will be 17% hike they will give and in new package 10% will be variable!!

No idea what the percentage is, but what most of the people whom I asked said is, in hand salary will increase by 2k-3k after the promotion to JL4.
