Salary there will no much difference they will give 10-20% increase,work load depends on the project and team. Better switch the company

Power programmers get higher salary compared to other roles in the same level or yoe. It is better to join.

Regarding work load - that totally depends on which project you land into and how you manage your relationship with your manager. So don't expect a concrete answer about that.
