Trending @Infosys; IJP eligibility criteria.
I am hearing different eligibility criteria like some saye 1.5 years some say 1.8 years and some even saying 1 year. Can someone help me to find out what is the actual eligibility to apply for IJP.
Eligibility criteria are pre set by the hiring manager and send to IJP team

Each IJP profile have different eligibility criteria, just check a IJP profile and view the opening, the system self evaluates if your are eligible to apply you will see a apply button, if not eligible you will see a message as RM not met or some other message. in this case you can drop a mail to step up team to know the eligibility criteria for that profile. Mostly errors messages are aligned with role maturity eg. You have 2 years experience and IJP profile requires 3 experiences so in this case RM ie. Role maturity message will come .
