Trending @Infosys; Ijp and Role Maturity
Hi, i am SSE JL3, my doj was jan 2022, i have completed 2years 8 months from my doj and 29 months from release. I have also completed 18months on the same account. STILL WHILE APPLYING FOR IJP ITS RM(role maturity) NOT MET. Can you guys suggest me anything why RM is not met like why can't i still not apply for IJP?

I have raised one, they took too long and at the end they said plz specify the job id of the ijp you r applying. At that point of time that ijp was closed already... Can't expect much from AHD... Coz they know Nothing... Even Jon Snow knows more things then AHD people
Go through Bridge programs... If you are clear it .. do not listen to anyone... It's your own path then

Your current job role is JL3A earlier you were JL3B. Promotion to TA JL4A is not automatic, it's based on recommendation from your PM and slots in your project. Also IJP is for promotion and movement to other role. If you're already promoted then again you've to wait for some time to be eligible for IJP. This is how it works.
