Trending @Infosys; IJP

I joined Infosys as SE and got SSE in April 2024,now total infy exp is 2.2 yrs. I am getting an same role opportunity in different unit with IJP which I want to join because of area of interest work. I want to know if I change project now using IJP after how much time I can again go for promotional IJP? Will this effect my chances of promotion to jl4? I don't know when will I get promotion,manager tried to give me promotion but due role maturity not eligible.
