I have been promoted to senior Associate Consultant from Technology Analyst through the IJP. Will I receive a salary hike for this promotion?

From TA to SACON is just progression as the job level is still 4. But since it's through IJP you will get a small raise in the current package.

Thank you for the response. Asking this because if someone gets promotion through the Bridge program. They get around 750k of CTC on the same band level.

Yes, even I too get the same, my package changed to 8Lpa via bridge. But for IJP it's too low if it's a progression. If you got promoted to Consultant(JL5) then you should have got a significant change in package.
