If I resign while on bench, will they release me early? What's the current trend going on? Do we need to serve 90days completely?

If you are on bench and your manager/DM don't have any plan for your billing, then you can have a conversation with HR and Manager and get released in 3-4 working days.

Yes they can release anyone now early. I have interaction with my manager they told we can ramp down any resource if needed, so they can early release also
