Termination is what I know.Better take 5 month compensation and look for another job.

Once you take PIp and resign you will be relieved immediately no notice pay. As you are resigning and not other way around. If you fail PIp They will still ask you to resign and give you normal letter. But if you don’t resign they will terminate you. No notice pay in either case

Clearing pip is easy one thing you can do prepare and clear the assignment you are assigned with. If you pass your job is secured otherwise it will help to prepare for the next interview

They will extend more 30days

Before accepting PIP please resign and just prepare for another job.
