Trending @Infosys; If I cancel my resignation, will Infosys accept me back?
I have raised separation from infy because I got one offer from a company whose DOJ is 12 sep , I talked in infy for early release and they didn't agree. I asked the target organization to delay the DOJ . My first fear is if they revoke my offer latter my second gear is if I cancel my resignation will Infosys accept me back?
There are 80% chances you will receive the revised offer letter from the company, because the hiring process is long enough and HR's generally don't revoke the offer letter. Secondly, if that's not the case anytime soon your manager may have a meeting with you where he will try to retain you back which generally is the policy of Infosys depending on your performance. You can wait for that meeting to happen and then withdraw your resignation.

Generally companies keep a pool of few candidates on hold and give them offer if other person does not join. They don't start the hiring process all again. So don't go by that assumption atleast in current market. They have enough candidates available and ready to join immediately.
Send screen shot of restination to other company say that if they extend the joining date then u will revoke the resignation. They need to give you extension if they want you onboard. These days companies want you to join early in gun point but they tenselves have long notice period. If they don't agree then better say where you are and wait for right company

I got into same situation because of which I had to join infosys as I was not retained by the current company and also offer letter was revoked. Did not get any other offer during np. Somehow got offer from Infosys and left previous organisation
