If you stay more than 3.5 hrs in office then you can apply WFH remaining hours without reducing WFH balance.In you case if you go to office for less than 3.5 and no WFH balance then it may lead to exception.If more than 3.5hrs no issues.

I got your point. You should atleast have one WFH balance to do this. Even though in normal scenario the WFH balance is not reduced, if u don't have atleast 1 WFH, it is considered as WFH exception

Stay 4 hours . It won’t. But make sure attendance is reflecting befor you apply wfh for rest of the hours

U can but check with ur manager. It won't go for exception
