Trending @Infosys; If appraisal rating is given as needs improvement and person already on notice period, how will it impact them? Will there be any actions?

Did any company ask review to previous company with hr or manager?

Because my manager is really giving me a hard time and making things worse for me in every possible way. Don't want to accept the ratings but don't even want any unnecessary drama before I go...

Same thing happened with me, when I was on NP. I feel when we resigned, just to satisfy ego, manager gives NI. Anyway I was on NP. nothing happens as such.
