I have started my wfo from Vizag dc and never went to any infy dc before. So, I don't have my id card and wanted to apply. Can someone please help me guide how to apply for the card ? Not aure whether the id card facility is available in vizag or not.
In infyme you can apply for your ID CARD . usually it will get apply automatically by company's respective department itself when had joined to company .so here you can see your virtual id card and when you are going to DC first time there you can collect directly.

Yes the id card was already applied but the dc seems doesn't support the id card issue facility.
It may be available you can visit there and they will provide temp I'd card until your Permanent I'd you get . Nothing to be worry it's very simple ...
