Icount review went very bad when I turn back everyone says the same .. those who worked hard as well who didn't do .. what's the plan here with leaders ??

What is the use of giving outstanding for JL2 , they will not get bonus component anyway..!

Hike .. it's been 2.5 yrs working in Infy

No changes in payslip even putting hardwork on the project , dq pts , skill tag, internal certifications ..

One of my frnd said there will be arrears given in Feb I don't think I will get enough hike..

And Good thing is I'm holding Offer with 60% hike
