Trending @Infosys; Icount ratings?

For performance bonus Icount rating will be considering? Ex: If NA ratings means what will be the performance bonus?

NI won't get VP, incentives of any kind, or any bonus or hike and no promotion or progression, even if NI survive PIP toll next rating you won't get anything and after cleaning you did not get project and performed really well then next rating would possibly be NI or UP
