Trending @Infosys; Icount rating concern
I got ME in spite of working very hard last year and supporting the team from offshore alone. I was expecting that they would give Commendable or Outstanding. DM says only 5% get those. I am new to Infy, joined 1.5 yrs back, and I think that is the reason I got this. But I am really demotivated right now. Is there something I can do? I already raised it to DM

Same thing here, spend a lot of effort and became a critical resource in the project. Also went ahead of my way to get gcp certified and getting appreciations. But when it came to ratings they gave ME. I was so frustrated and made up my mind to slack. Because our work 8s not recognized.
At least you got met expectations, bro. My friend is a mainframe developer for the past 2 years and a dedicated worker. He received underperforming and kicked out of the company by forced resignation 2 days ago.
This is normal, even I am getting paid very less, I joined 2 years back at level 5 now I came to know that my salary is less than level 4, when asked my manager went dear ear, no revised salary 😔. This is indian mentality. So we have to switch . I am working hard to put down my paper rather than pleasing my client.
By now you should also be eligible for promotion.
Govt.offices are so better atleast they will have grievance day....infy policies have best standards on papers, when it comes to reality most worst.

Iam a SSE How much our basic pay will increase if we get 6 to 9%hike my rating is me
