What’s the damn point of dealing with ICount, filling out all this crap every year, and putting up with endless feedback and appreciation when we don’t see any damn raises or promotions? It’s ridiculous

ICount is a tool for tracking performance and feedback. Raises and promotions depend on various factors, including company budget. It's not perfect, but it aims to improve employee development.

Haha sadly the JL6 believes the icount is the best in the world but for lateral hires it's the most pathetic thing on earth - don't see competency framework, never had development discussion with managers, they randomly give the rating without proper justification
