Trending @Infosys; Icount doubt

Today when i checked my icount it was changed to “rating with appraiser” it has been changed from “frozen”, does anyone know about this? Coz what i was assuming is that after frozen we will be communicated out our rating.

My icount status changed to "rating with appraiser" and next day Manager provided rating to me.

Manager is on leave till 31st

My account showing frozen still just checked now only . Actually when I did i count and set my appraiser I was in bench , now iam in project I have different manager, so what to do now , who should I contact? If I don't receive rating I wont get any hike ??
