Most shittiest thing to exist in the history of companies. Half of your time will go in finding who is your MU lead, who is manager and who is reviewer. This isn't solving any problem it's adding one more problem in employees life on top of other that are already there. Why can't companies keep it simple and straightforward. So that employees can focus on work without worrying about dumb things like iCount. If an employee does the job and his/her manager knows it. That's it. Why to make it complex waste resources to maintain one portal and give headache to employees.

What do you expect from MBA managers whose respond to ( 20+ attrition rate and 3% revenue growth ) is come back to office.
