Trending @Infosys; Iam in notice period last 2 months
My manager is threatening me that she won't sign approval letter until i given proper KT. Iam feared that is there any way that they can add remark in the last or any letter that to be issued by the company(infy) . Can any one help on this?
Her sign is not needed. But I am just wondering why she would say that if you are giving the KT properly and serving your notice period with full diligence. Yes she can out do not rehire and bad remarks if you are taking things too lightly in notice period. But that won’t come in your experience letter. It will make your chances of coming back to infosys 0. But 90% of folks going out won’t be coming back ever so chill!!!
Just schedule kt session with ur colleagues with xl topics and get sign off from them and send it to ur manager.Thats it
