Trending @Infosys; I was given NI and i have not recieved the performance bonus twice now..will it happen for the rest of the year as well?
One of friend had same situation. He was pro at his previous company but here in infy he got project on python hdinsight and .net stack. He was too good at .net and avarage at python but has no knowledge of hdinsight tool. And his bad luck that hdinsight jobs is 90 percent of entire project. He could not grasp much on it .
I want to make understand that this is your bad phase at infosys and you must be good at your skills. You may not have aligned to relevant work or their must be less helping hands in your team. It's a wake up call. Prepare and leave.
Yes whole year. Your manager will have to very high level exceptions to get you something if you are doing good this year. But no one will take that pain
