Trending @Infosys; I want to switch to EdgeVerge from Infosys through IJP. I have 16 months of experience. My preferred role is Marketing. How to do it, Help!

I am working at Infosys but my the job role assigned to me is not aligning to my skills. I want to switch my domain to marketing. One of my friend told me that it is possible to do it through IJP and switch to EdgeVerge. Please guide me. Thanks in advance 🙏

The IJP process is same for Infy or subsidiary companies, check the stepup email and click on the link, you get options to select organization > EdgeVerve> skills or job role > apply. Btw, check in Infy first, before switching to a subsidiary company
