Trending @Infosys; I want to switch my job

Hi guys, I'm a Sr Systems Associate at Infosys with an experience of 2 years 9 months. I was confirmed on Apr 2023 and got a hike that time only. Now Infosys is not providing a hike to me. I have worked for 2 yrs in a project based on React JS. Now aligned to other project for React JS. As Infosys is not giving any hike, I have decided to switch. But I'm being very confused on how I switch. What approach should I follow? How should I prepare for it ? Also there's a problem of a 90 days notice period. Someone please suggest me.

Update your resume with your React JS experience. Network on LinkedIn, apply on job portals, and prepare for interviews. Negotiate the notice period with HR. Secure an offer before resigning.
