Trending @Infosys; I want to switch from Infosys to some other company but the 90 days notice?

Hi, Please tell me the process/tricks of switching from I infosys to some other company with this 90 days notice period . I am working in Infosys and I am frustrated like how were hustling hard for their projects and still don't get allocated into the production codes for project. I have been working in some project more than the working hours usually everyday, like double shifts sometimes, but hey don't even even appreciate it , let alone the incentive/ allowance. I badly want to switch as I cannot survive at such a shit package.can anyone let me know how I can switch from this company in that 90 days period, knowing that most of the companies ghost us because they can't wait 90 days.
