Kaam ki baat nahi na bhai...it's always the reward that lures you to go the extra mile. Pata rahega ki reward kya hai aur kab tak milega toh one will put more efforts na🤟

2 years is fastest you can become if all stars align after you get 2 outstanding rating. Normal people take 3-4 years. Hike 10-18%

We are not even getting yearly hikes and you are worried about promotion.
5.5 yoe is required.
