Trending @Infosys; I said no to Infosys digiverification
I have submitted all relevant documents from previous employers. Form 16 Offer letters Relieving letters Experience letters Proof of income salary etc
Now they are asking me to do digiverification and I said no because I'm not comfortable with this. Data privacy is a big factor for Infosys and then they ask us to login via a link and provide credentials.
Has anyone done this?
Can we say no to this.
What happens once I say no?

I have completed the digi verification process in Infosys.
One of my junior, recently joined Nagarro and he submitted the experienced letter of one of his previous company. Our last company was Accenture. Before joining Accenture, he submitted the experienced letter and edited the designation in the pdf which was suggested by Accenture HR. Unfortunately he has submitted the same edited letter to Nagarro. While verification, present company connected with the previous company for verification and noticed that his designation was different. Nagarro laid off him immediately. Hope you understood the fact. Whatever we are submitting, the company doesn't know whether it is an edited or original pdf.
Bro, just say no to digiverification. Infosys can't force you to do it if you're not comfortable. They might push back, but stand your ground. Data privacy is important, and you have the right to protect your info. 💪
If you don't complete your verification, you will face issue in your project onboarding verification process because they will take details from Infosys only and the process should be completed in Infosys.
Why is digiverification needed I have submitted every document? Literally everything what more do they need. Why my credentials.
