Trending @Infosys; I resumed back to work after maternity leave and now I’m on pip.
Should I accept pip or no?

raise some noise to HR

Hey , I am also in the same situation but now I have completed PIP without any delay. Later they targeted me under pressure for project allocation. Had mental health issues so finally decided to initiate a paper. So you better jump. if you complete PIP also they would target you under mental pressure

See you must have the option to resign with 4 months of salary better take it and get a new job. No point in all this politics. They are shitty people and I’ll advise all here reading this better look outside rather working in a shitty company with penny salary.

How?? Came from ML and on PIP, how is that possible??

They considered 2 or 3 months when I was in project and have rating . Based on that they put me on pip. I was carrying at that time when I was in project . But I did my work honestly during that period too

Accept pip and find a offer outside and leave.

How insensitive this company is.
Have they provided any reason to put you on PIP ?

talents hired in covid they are targeting to terminate. 45% count already terminated now they are planning to terminate rest by 25-26.
