Trending @Infosys; I resigned from Infosys. They are forcing me for early release. I don't have any offer. Is it possible to get compensation for this?

Same happened with me too Infy doesn't have many projects these days
What you can do is

  1. Don't accept early release say I have financial plans according to notice period
  2. Ask for compensation if you want to release me early give me the salary of the remaining time
  3. Nobody can force you to get out early talk to HR and get compensated

I am thinking of resigning, they aligned me to a training which is completely different from my primary skills. I don't have any offer as well but i am appearing for the interviews at least, if i resigned will they force me to early release as well?

If Infosys asks you to resign then they will compensate, not when you resign

When you are resigning , assumption is it should be immediate from your side. It is on Infosys if they want to keep you for 90 days or let you go immediately

Infosys might offer compensation if they're pushing for early release, but it's not guaranteed. Best to discuss directly with your manager or HR for clarity on your situation
