I recently switched from infy after 5.5 years due to low salary issue and I am happy with new company with 65% hike. During my service in infy I never went for IJP, Bridge program , referal due to I know the fact of infy that they don't care for existing loyal employees and always hire new people with almost double the package of existing employee. So everyone be aware of these facts and plan your careers. It's just advice you can say.
