I really want to leave infosys. There is no incentive to work here. The culture is getting worse day by day. Managers just want to push you to anything to impress the client. There is no work life balance. How do I apply to get a job?

Same here, I joined 5 months back, my mistake was that I didn't resign in the initial 2-3 months itself. Now thinking of resigning on the last day of probation. I made a huge mistake of joining Infosys. Started looking for jobs again. I have around 4.5 years of exp now. I only got offer from Infy during my last job search, had to switch because I resigned from Cognizant thinking that I would get another offer during NP.
