Trending @Infosys; I’m in PIP and planning to drop the paper without any offer in hand

I have been put under PIP for no reason and due to toxic culture I’m planning to drop paper. As I’m in PIP and supposed dropping paper, in that case how many days of notice period I have to serve.

Is it 90 days or in PIP we can get instant release
