Trending @Infosys; I like the work am doing and kinda happy with growth. However there has been no revision in my compensation since i joined Infy back in Oct 21. Absolutely ridiculous. Has this happened with anyone else as well.

I think the question should be. .. is it not happening with anyone.... Except for that dumb criteria of considering some for hikes because of their joining date. Like others, who have joined after the cutoff date, don't even work 😔

Yes, until the last appraisal, you were not eligible for any salary hike. However, this year, they may consider providing some increments.
